// AI-NATIVE AGENCYFive days in your office. Your team leaves able to run growth without us.
The course teaches one person. The training installs the method in your whole team — hands-on, on your real app, in your own workspace. By Friday your team has a growth plan, the OS configured, the process installed, and the skills. They can just turn it on.
On-Site Team Training is AppDNA Agency's five-day, in-person program for building or upgrading an app growth team. Senior strategists spend a full week at the client's office, teaching the AI-native app-growth method and installing it hands-on on the client's own app inside their own AppDNA workspace. The team does not practice on a sample app — it works the whole week on the real funnel. The defined deliverable: by the end of the week the team has an app growth plan, the Growth OS configured, the operating process installed, and the skills to run it — so they can turn it on and keep going without the agency. Training starts from $30,000 plus reimbursed travel expenses.
A course teaches one person. A team runs on a process.
You can send one operator through a course and they will come back sharp. Then that person owns the whole method, the whole workspace, and the whole risk — and if they change jobs, it leaves with them. That is the exact failure a traditional agency creates from the outside: the knowledge lives in a person, not the team, so it walks out the door. Training fixes it from the inside. We come to you and install the method across the people who will actually run it — the growth owner, the PM, the engineer who ships, the designer who builds the creative — so the process survives any single departure. The point of the week is that afterwards you need any one person less, not more.
The course teaches one person. The training installs it in the whole team.
Four things, all real, all in your workspace. Not a certificate — a running system.
A prioritized app growth plan built during the week from your real audit and funnel — your biggest leaks named, the first experiments specced, a 90-day roadmap. Not a template with your logo on it. The plan your team wrote, together, on your app.
Your AppDNA workspace set up on your app: strategy docs, KPI tree, guardrails, ICP and USP, and a prioritized experiment backlog across the nine modules. The machinery is switched on and pointed at your funnel.
The operating rhythm your team will run every week after we leave: how to read the Insight Inbox, how to spec and approve an experiment, how the weekly growth meeting runs, how results become decisions. The habit, not just the tool.
The people can do the work. By the end of the week your team has shipped real experiments end to end — hypothesis, guardrails, staged rollout, read-out — with their own hands, on their own app.
Your team can just turn it on.
That is the whole design goal of the week. We would rather build a team that needs us less than sell one that needs us forever. It is the same promise the rest of this agency runs on, at team scale: fire us and keep everything.
Foundations on Monday. A live next-quarter roadmap by Friday.
The arc is drawn from the full AppDNA app-growth curriculum — the same fifteen-lesson method behind every engagement — compressed into five hands-on days on your app. Every day ends with something configured, approved, or shipped in your own workspace. We shape the exact agenda to your app after the discovery call and audit.
Foundations and team structuring with skills & process
The method in one sitting: full-funnel or bust, the loop, why execution is the constraint. Then we structure the team — who owns what, the skills each role needs, and the weekly process they will run — and set the one growth KPI the week will move. The main goal is to turn your team into an AI-Native App Growth team.
Strategy, positioning & the workspace
ICP and USP that convert, the strategy docs, the KPI tree and north-star decomposition, and the guardrails and safety rails — stop-losses, staged rollouts, the approval flow.
Inside the app: onboarding, paywalls & retention
The high-value surfaces, hands-on: engineering the aha moment and reshaping onboarding, building a paywall variant, and mapping the customer journey to design retention journeys and win-back windows. This is where the SDK earns its place — changes to these surfaces ship without an App Store release.
Acquisition: ASO, paid UA & the experiment engine
The acquisition half of the funnel: ASO essentials, paid UA and creative that matches the funnel (ad promise = onboarding = paywall), and the experiment engine — RICE backlog, one-variable discipline, reading significance without a PhD.
Growth Memory & the next-quarter roadmap, live
How learning compounds in Growth Memory, the weekly growth meeting agenda your team will run, and the moment the week is built toward: your team commits the next-quarter roadmap — live in your workspace, owned by named people. We hand over and step back.
Five days in, the plan is written, the OS is configured, the rhythm is running, and the people can do the work. Monday you keep going without us.
Senior strategists in the room. Your team on the keyboard.
A senior AppDNA strategist runs the week in person — the same people who direct our managed engagements and ran these playbooks by hand for a decade. The difference from managed growth is whose hands are on the work: here your team does it, with us teaching, correcting, and unblocking in real time. The AI-native method is part of what we install — how the platform's agents watch your data, diagnose problems, and draft the fixes for your team to review and approve.
You have a growth team, or the beginnings of one, and you want them to own the method instead of renting it. Common triggers: a mid-size or enterprise team that buys services more easily than software, a team standing up its growth function, or an in-house team that wants the AI-native process installed properly rather than pieced together.
Up to 8 people per cohort — the number we can teach well hands-on in one room. Larger teams can be arranged; we scope it individually so the quality of the week holds.
From $30,000, plus travel. The team keeps everything.
The exact figure depends on scope — team size, how far the funnel already is, and the app's surface area — and you see it before you commit. Training happens in your own AppDNA workspace, so your team lands on the platform during the week; the workspace, the plan, the configuration, and the playbooks are yours to keep and run whether or not you engage us for anything else afterward.

Poland's national lottery came to us at the pivot point — play still lived in offline kiosks, and mobile was the next era. We ran a hands-on workshop on designing, building, and promoting mobile apps, laying the foundation the team needed to make the jump. After a successful app launch, roughly two-thirds of play now comes from online — proof of what the same in-room training installs.
Training is the live, in-person top of the education ladder — above the AI Native Toolkit + ebook and the full framework course. It's the only education product we deliver live, because it is people in a room, not a recording. See the full ladder →
For teams that buy services more readily than software, training is often the easiest first yes — a defined, in-person engagement with a deliverable your team can see — and it naturally lands the team on the platform for what comes next.
Book a call. Then pick the week.
Start with a discovery call. Two days later you get a free Growth Conception for your live app — where the funnel leaks and what we would fix first — which doubles as the shape of what the training week would install. If training is the right move, we scope the week and the team from there.
Before you book a week.
The six questions heads of growth ask before booking a training week.
The course teaches one person the method, at their own pace. The training installs it in your whole team, in person, hands-on, on your real app — so the method lives in the team and the process, not in one operator's head. You leave with a configured workspace and shipped experiments, not a completion screen. If you want one person to learn, buy the course; if you want a team to run it by Friday, book the training.
